Membership of the Association of Ukrainians in Western Australia is open to anyone aged 18 or older who is of good character and declares themselves to be of Ukrainian descent, or who is married to someone of Ukrainian heritage. All applications are reviewed and approved by the Management Committee.

Complete the online membership form below, including the details of your two nominators, and submit it directly to us.
Paper Form
If you prefer, you can download and print a membership form, fill it out, and mail it to us along with your payment.
